宽带 ISDN 用户部分（BISUP）是一种支持高清晰度电视（HDTV）、多语言电视、语音和图像存储及检索、视频会议、高速 LAN 和多媒体等服务的协议。由于到目前为止 BISDN 并取得较显著的发展，所以 BISUP 没有得到普遍应用。

• Message Type － 不同信息类型：HDTV、HDTV。下面的信息是可用的：
• Message Length － 八位长度信息。
• Broadband/narrow-band Iinterworking Indicator － 传送、取消信息，释放呼叫等。
• Pass on not Possible Indicator － 释放呼叫和取消信息。
• Discard Message Indicator － 取消或不取消信息。
• Send Notification Indicator － 发送或不发送通知。
• Release call indicator － 释放或不释放呼叫。
• Transit at intermed exchance Indicator － 进行转换或终止节点转换。
